The roughest thing about the Boston Celtics this year is watching them play. Though they may have the second best record in their division, their playing doesn’t show it.
The Celtics take bad shots, can’t pull down rebounds, and don’t hit any of their clutch free- throws. The only Celtic that has been impressive this year is Jiri Welsch. For the playing time he gets, he puts a lot of offense into the Celtics.
Another thing the Celtics haven’t done well this year is start their good players. Ricky Davis, who they acquired in a trade with Cleveland, hardly sees the floor. Bad coaching, which has the chance to improve as of this week, and bad play isn’t going to get this team anywhere.
