1931 – 2004

FARMINGTON – Kathleen G. Ross, age 72, of Rangeley, died Thursday morning, Feb. 26, at Franklin Memorial Hospital in Farmington.

She was born Sept. 14, 1931, a daughter of Charles and Sarah Gray and received her education in Rangeley schools. On June 21, 1949 she married Harry “Joe” Ross. He died April 18, 1998.

She was a member of the Church of the Good Shepherd and she enjoyed knitting, crocheting, and reading.

She is survived by 4 sons, Thomas Gray and his wife Brenda of Sandy River Plt., Bennett Ross Sr. and his wife Agnes of New Sharon, Geoge Ross Sr. and his wife Madeline of Lester, Mass. and Raynold Ross and his wife Heidi, whom Kathleen had resided with of Rangeley; 9 grandchildren, Chris and Lee Steward, Charles, Bennett Jr., April, George Jr., Steven, Lynda, and Benjamin Ross; 4 great- grandchildren, Logan, Taylor, George III, and Alan and a sister-in-law, Clarisse Gray.

She was predeceased by a brother George Gray and a sister, June Greenlaw.
