AUBURN – The Corporate and Community Services Department at Central Maine Community College will offer “Fish! Philosophy” from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. Thursday, March 25. The day-long seminar costs $95 and includes the playbook, lunch and a certificate of completion.

The philosophy uses an engaging metaphor as a model to improve employee retention, create excellent internal and external customer service and prevent stress and burnout. Participants will learn the four components of the philosophy in an interactive workshop and will leave with ideas to incorporate the philosophy in their workplace.
