OXFORD – A workshop on making handmade “Books in a Box” will be held from 10 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. April 3 at The Boxberry School on Webber Brook Road in Oxford.

Artist Sarah Shepley will show participants how to make a signature style book. Along with creating a handmade book, participants will make a portfolio box that displays the book.

The focus will be on learning technique and design elements that go into the creation of the portfolio box and the book itself.
