AUBURN – Brian and Pam Carpenter of Silver Lake, N.H., are announcing the engagement of their daughter, Heather Carpenter of Auburn, to Kevin Noyes of Auburn, son of Lovis Noyes of Jay.
Miss Carpenter is employed at J.C. Penney Styling Salon and Mr. Noyes is employed at Livebridge.
A November wedding is planned.
