AUBURN – Central Maine Community College is offering its supervisor series of workshops starting April 27. The series consists of five modules on the essential skills of a great supervisor. Each module is $55 or participants can register for the entire series at the reduced rate of $195. All modules are from 9 a.m. to noon at the College.

Coaching for Improved Performance, scheduled on April 27, will help participants increase employee performance through successful coaching.

Effective Communication, scheduled on May 4, focuses on the various forms of communication as well as the communication process.

Improving Employee Work Habits, on May 11, prepares supervisors with effective tools to manage mediocre or unsatisfactory team member behavior.

Preparing for Change, scheduled for May 18, provides participants with techniques to transition employees through change to help lead and grow the organization.

Dealing with Conflicts, on May 25, will help participants identify conflict and provide strategies to resolve them.
