PORTLAND – The Turnaround Management Association of New England Inc.’s Maine Satellite Chapter announced it will host its second annual Spring Into Summer social reception from 5:30 to 8:30 p.m. May 27 at RiRa’s Irish Restaurant and Pub in Portland.

The reception, open to association members and nonmembers alike, marks the successful conclusion of the third year of Maine Satellite Chapter activity in southern and central Maine.

Chapter meetings provide opportunity for professional networking as well as presentations by individuals whose careers involve the management of troubled companies.

The reception will include hors d’oeuvres and cash bar at RiRa’s, 72 Commercial St. in Portland’s Old Port area. Directions are available on the restaurant’s Web site at www.rira.com. Prices for the reception are $25 for association members and $35 for others. Reservations are encouraged through the association Website at www.tmanortheast.org. Payment is also possible at the door.
