FARMINGTON – The Healthy Community Coalition and Sexual Assault Victims Emergency Services has given county Deputy Heidi Gould and SAVES school-based educator Kristen Plummer the 2004 Community Activism Award. This award acknowledges those who have demonstrated an extraordinary level of dedication, commitment and professionalism in working toward violence-free communities.
