OTISFIELD – Marjorie L. Collomb (Longmire), 78, of Otisfield, took her dancing shoes and went to live with the Lord on Tuesday, June 1.

Born in Lynn, Mass., Nov. 22, 1925, the daughter of Stephen and Eva Longmire, she was married to the late Robert Collomb, formerly of Natick, Mass.

Living in Maine most of her life, she enjoyed being with her family and many friends. She enjoyed cake decorating, working in her yard, doing crafts, volunteering for Camp Sunshine and working in the kitchen at the American Legion in Oxford on bingo nights, and at the Emugene Staples Hall in Welchville working with her friend, Donna Knightly, on bingo and at the dances.

Survivors include four sons, Stephen Cox of Sanford, Wayne Cox and his wife Pam of Oxford, Leslie “Doc” Cox and his wife Miki of Crystal River, Fla., and Brian Morrill and his wife Dottie of Otisfield; and one daughter, Denise (Morrill) Donnellan and her husband Jim of Otisfield. She had many grandchildren who all loved her, and enjoyed spending time with her.
