LEWISTON – Lewiston High School Alumni Foundation scholarships were announced at the graduation ceremony on June 4.
Dana Beaudin will attend Berklee College of Music in Boston, majoring in music education. The scholarship was given in memory of Donald Roux. The wrong photo appeared in Monday’s paper.
Beaudin was involved in band, musical, marching band and the jazz band throughout his high school years.
Beaudin and the other recipients were presented alumni foundation sweatshirts.The foundation presented 16 scholarships this year compared to 10 last year.
Anyone who would like to help continue the tradition is asked to send donations to 156 East Ave., Lewiston, ME 04240.
