LEWISTON – The Lewiston-Auburn Salvation Army is accepting applications for this summer’s Camp Sebago.
Children from Lewiston-Auburn between 6 and 13 years will be provided a one-week camp experience that includes swimming, arts, boating, sports and recreation programs.
Cost of the camp is $335 a week, and scholarships are provided through local fund-raising efforts.
Students in the Lewiston School System may be eligible for camp scholarships through TOPS and they would be expected to apply through the school guidance office.
Scholarships are also available through the Salvation Army.
Individuals and area civic groups can help send the kids to camp by cash contributions to the scholarship fund.
For more information on applications or how to help, contact Captain John Bennett at 783-0801 or visit 67 Park St.
