FARMINGTON – Planning Board members are scheduled to consider a subdivision, a car wash expansion and a single-family residence conversion at 7 p.m. Monday downstairs at the Municipal Building.

Wendy A. Huish and her sister, Suzanne H. Wertz, have submitted a site review application for a conversion of a single-family residence and barn into three attached townhouses at 270 High St.

The board also will consider applications from Cassius Clark for ditching of a logging road and a five-lot residential subdivision on Knowlton Corner Road, known as Knowlton Estates.

Michael Moffett has submitted a site review application to expand Farmington Car Wash at 157 Wilton Road.

Also on the agenda is a shoreland zoning application from Melinda Thomas for two additions to the rear of a residence and a new garage. The town’s Appeals Board approved a variance for the two additions but not the garage because the board said there was room to move it.

Kaiser said if Thomas has moved the garage back, it too may be considered Monday.

A public hearing on Brian Demshar’s proposed conversion of a single-family residence into a six-unit building has been pulled from the agenda, Code Enforcement Officer Steve Kaiser said. They have more work to do on it before it goes to hearing, he said.

And in other business, Kaiser said Community Concepts Inc. has changed its proposal to build affordable housing off Cascade Leisure Park Road to one building with six units and one building with four units instead six units in each building.

Board members will begin their meeting by designating alternate members, if needed, and electing officers. Current officers are Chairman Bussie York and Vice Chairman David Averill.
