WINTHROP – Douglas and Eileen Moore of Winthrop are announcing the engagement of their daughter, Kelli Ann, to Ensign Douglas Emrick Raineault, USN, son of Douglas and Donna Raineault of Middletown, Conn.

Miss Moore is a 1998 graduate of Winthrop High School and 2002 graduate of the University of Maine at Orono. She resides in Virginia Beach, Va., working as a tax accountant for KPMG LLP.

Ensign Raineault is a 1998 graduate of Middletown High School in Connecticut and a 2003 graduate of the U.S. Naval Academy. He is stationed on the USS Winston S. Churchill in Norfolk, Va.

The wedding will take place on Aug. 21 at the U.S. Naval Academy Chapel in Annapolis, Md.
