LEWISTON – Eleanor May Levesque, 84, of 143 Broad St., Auburn, passed away Thursday, July 29, at Central Maine Medical Center.

She was born in Auburn on July 21, 1920, the daughter of Everett and Theresa (Burgess) Woodsome.

She worked as a telephone operator and later as a shoe worker. She was married to Fred A. Levesque on April 28, 1962, until his passing in 1972.

She is survived by her stepsons, Fred Levesque, of Florida, and Bob Levesque, of Texas; and many loving friends.
