Joseph Allen, 27, Sunapee, N.H., charged with operating without safety equipment on May 31, fined $100 by default.

Stephen J. Bergen, 57, East Dixfield, charged with operating under the influence on May 7, found guilty, fined $400, sentenced to 72 hours and license suspended for 90 days.

Paul A. Blouin, 37, Lisbon, charged with harassment by telephone on May 15, found guilty, fined $300 with all but $150 suspended.

Jeffrey Burns, 43, Rumford, charged with failing to register or update information as a sex offender on May 6, found guilty, fined $200.

Terrance John Cahill, 35, Rumford, charged with operating after suspension on May 30, found guilty, fined $200.

Joel Castleman, 45, Wilbraham, Mass., charged with an unspecified rule violation on June 13, waived, fined $100.

Jason Chapman, 29, Dover, N.H., charged with violation of condition of release on May 3, dismissed.

Sandra M. Cogley, 21, Hinckley, charged with operating after suspension and attaching false motor vehicle plates on June 5, first charge waived, fined $200; second charge dismissed.

Dawn Collette, 18, Mexico, charged with possession of liquor by a minor on May 31, waived, fined $200.

Ryan S. Corey, 31, New York, N.Y., charged with operating a motorboat without a certificate number on May 22, fined $100 by default.

David Crosby, 27, Andover, charged with operating an unregistered ATV on May 29, waived, fined $100.

Judith P. Diamond, 51, Bethel, charged with keeping an unregistered dog and allowing a dog to be at large on May 6, fined $150 by default on first charge; fined $100 on second charge by default.

Paul J. Fessenden, 39, Salem, Mass., charged with operating under the influence on July 8, found guilty, fined $400, sentenced to 48 hours and license suspended for 90 days.

Roland Gemmiti, 62, Berlin, N.H., charged with failing to display a lake and river protection sticker on July 4, waived, fined $100.

Darren Gilmore, 31, Woodstock, charged with operating under the influence and operating after suspension on May 8, found guilty on first charge, fined $600, sentenced to 90 days with all but seven days suspended, one year probation and license suspended for 18 months; second charge dismissed.

Sean Grant, 26, Turner, charged with an art lure in fly fishing only rule violation on May 28, waived, fined $100.

Peter G. Grasruck, 38, Rumford, charged with operating after suspension on May 7, found guilty, fined $200.

Jason R. Gurney, 25, Bryant Pond, charged with burning without a permit on May 29, waived, fined $50.

Matthew L. Harding, 25, Canton, charged with attaching false motor vehicle plates on March 14 and possession of marijuana on March 19, found guilty on first charge, fined $75; second charge adjudicated, fined $200.
