BETHEL – David “Duka” Mills, 38, of Bethel, died at his residence on Aug. 28.

He was born in Rumford on Feb. 19, 1966, the son of Robert E. & Elizabeth (Smith) Mills and was educated in Bethel schools.

“Duka” had worked most of his life in the construction industry. He loved music of any kind, especially loved children, and was a true friend to all who knew him.

He is survived by his parents of Bethel; four brothers, Randy Mills and Joyce, of Bethel, Ronald and Lori Mills, of Mexico, Charles and Maria Mills, of Oregon, and Scott Mills, of Raybrook, N.Y.; three sisters, Carlene and Samuel Stone, of North Strafford, N.H., Bonita and John Marshall, of Newry, and Roxanne and John Corriveau, of Gilead; and many nieces and nephews.
