RUMFORD – The following cases were closed recently in 11th District Court.

Ernest R. Almeida, 22, Andover, charged with theft by unauthorized use of property on Aug. 19, 2003, charge dismissed.

Brigid Eileen Carroll, 28 of Salem, Mass., charged with unlawful possession of scheduled drug on March 21, charge was filed.

Jeremy J. Casavola, 27, Raymond, charged with possessing marijuana and sale and use of drug paraphernalia on Jan. 25, first charge adjudicated, fined $200, second charge dismissed.

Peter L. Chase, 23, Mexico, charged with operating unregistered ATV on April 5, charge defaulted, fined $100.

Edward J. Deroche, 29, Rumford, charged with motor vehicle speeding, 30 plus miles over the speed limit on April 8, found guilty, fined $350.

Richard M. Donahue, 19, Rumford, charged with driving to endanger and motor vehicle speeding, 30 plus miles over the speed limit on March 27, first charge dismissed, found guilty on second charged, fined $200.

Michelle B. Dow, 21, Rumford, charged with attaching false motor vehicle plates and possessing marijuana on March 14, both charges dismissed.

Charles H. Dresser, 19, Bethel, charged with operating under the influence and failing to make oral or written accident report on May 15, both charges sent to jury trial.

Casey Flagg, 25, Carthage, charged with operating under the influence, operating after suspension, displaying false license or ID and sale and use of drug paraphernalia on Jan. 9, found guilty on first charge, fined $400, license suspended 90 days, found guilty on second charge, fined $300, third and fourth charges dismissed.

Glenn R. Fyrberg, 51, Andover, charged with violating condition of release on July 15, found guilty, sentenced to six months in Oxford County Jail, all suspended, one year probation.

Roland A. Goulette, 44, Berlin, N.H., charged with failing to display lake and river protection sticker on July 4, charge waived, fined $100.

Stephen D. Gove, 53, North Woodstock, N.H., charged with operating under the influence, driving to endanger, reckless conduct, possessing marijuana on March 28, first and second charge, dismissed, found guilty on third charge, fined $800, fourth charge dismissed.

Debra Hann, 43, Rumford, charged with assault on April 15, filed with no cost.

Larry P. Hogan, 56, South Portland, charged with violating fish limits on July 4, charge waived, fined $90.

Glen A. Knox, 19, Canton, charged with operating after suspension, displaying false license or ID and violating condition of release on May 19, found guilty on first charge, fined $20, second and third charge dismissed.

Wayne C. Lane, 46, Mexico, charged with assault on March 14, sentenced to 20 days in Oxford County Jail, probation partially revoked.

Christopher E. Leclair, 25, Rumford, charged with negotiating a worthless instrument on July 22, 2003, found guilty, fined $250, ordered to pay restitution of $83.

Carl Lejonhud, 47, East Dixfield, charged with cruelty to animals, keeping unlicensed dog, violating chapter 721, title 7 on March 17, first charge adjudicated, fined $500, ordered to pay restitution of $300, second and third charges dismissed.

Steven Marin, 40, Dixfield, charged with permitting unlawful use of vehicle on Sept. 3, 2003, dismissed.

John Ryan Mitchell, 29, Granspass, Ore., charged with operating vehicle without license, attaching false plates, operation of defective vehicle on July 18, found guilty on first charge, fined $100, found guilty on second charge, fined $100, third charge dismissed.

Rebecca Newton, 32, Rumford, charged with permitting unlawful use of vehicle and possessing marijuana on April 9, first charge dismissed, second charge, adjudicated.

Zilla M. Porter, 41, Rumford, charged with possessing marijuana on April 23, charge filed.

Joshua J. Robichaud, 20, South Paris, charged with assault on June 19, dismissed.

Bruce A. Ross, 49, Bridgton, charged with violating condition of release on July 16, found guilty, sentenced to four days in Oxford County Jail.



Orin W. Sprague III, 42, Rumford, charged with operating under the influence on March 28, found guilty, fined $400, license suspended for 90 days.

Donald E. Cross, 81, Locke Mills, charged with violating fish limits on July 4, charge waived, fined $130.

Leslie A. Miller, 39, Rumford, charged with keeping unlicensed dog on July 13, dismissed.

Michael A. Parker, 23, Dixfield, charged with attempting to commit a class C crime on July 9, 2002, found guilty, sentenced to 364 days in Oxford County Jail, probation revoked.

Kristina Paulhus, 22, Chelsea, charged with possession of marijuana on July 3, charge waived, fined $200.

Nicholas O. Smith, 21, Woodstock, charged with disorderly conduct on July 23, dismissed.
