GREENE – A surprise party was held in Auburn on July 3 for Norm and Rena Voisine of Greene, on the occasion of their 50th wedding anniversary.

The party was hosted by her sisters, Edwina Madore and Gilmay Cayer at the Village Inn Restaurant in Auburn. Floral arrangements were provided and a lunch was served. The couple received many gifts.

Mrs. Voisine is the former Rena Fraser, daughter of Joseph and Irene Fraser of Lewiston.

Attending the event were Raynold and Edwina Madore, Mr. and Mrs. Ronald Cayer, Irene Fraser, Mr. and Mrs. Bob Thompson, Mr. and Mrs. Mike Morin, Jerry and Connie Anderson, and Linda McCleod.
