PARIS – A Skateboard Park Planning Committee meeting scheduled for 3 p.m. Wednesday, Sept. 8, will be held in Oxford Hills Comprehensive High School, room E118, near the school cafeteria.

Plans will be discussed for raising awareness for the park effort during the Oxford County Fair, Sept. 15-18.

Park organizers are seeking to raise about $90,000 in both monetary and in-kind donations in order to build a state-of-the-art skate park in Paris this year. They have already raised $94,000 for the project.
