Paul A. Bartlett, 38, Lewiston, charged with violation of rule worms in fly fishing only on June 19, adjudicated.

Sarah Belanger, 21, Waterville, charged with operating under the influence, operating after suspension and attaching false motor vehicle plates on June 2, found guilty on first two charges, fined $400 on first charge, sentenced to 48 hours in Oxford County Jail, stayed, license suspended 90 days; fined $200 on second charge, third charge dismissed.

Sarah J. Belanger, 21, Rumford, charged with violating condition of release on June 9, dismissed.

Danielle M. Bernard, 20, Rumford, charged with minor transporting liquor on May 30, adjudicated, fined $200, license suspended 30 days.

Erik M. Bernard, 18, Rumford, charged with minor possessing liquor on June 13, adjudicated, fined $200.

Aaron Moses Brasuell, 27, Mexico, charged with displaying false license or ID on April 25, dismissed.

Danial R. Brown, 20, Peru, charged with operating ATV on snowmobile trail on May 23, waived, fined $100. Candy J. Bryant, 30, Dixfield, charged with operating after suspension on June 27, found guilty, fined $200.

Trevor M. Burton, 19, Dixfield, charged with operating after suspension and displaying false license or ID on May 16, found guilty on first charge, fined $200, second charge dismissed.

Jason D. Cole, 23, Rumford, charged with disorderly conduct on June 29, found guilty, fined $125.

Peter John Cunningham Jr., 20, Rumford, charged with disorderly conduct on April 24, dismissed.

John Peter Cunningham Jr., 20 Andover, charged with violating condition of release on May 1, dismissed.

Scott Douglass, 29, Turner, charged with possessing marijuana on June 29, waived, fined $200.

Gregory Scott Durgin, 32, West Paris, charged with criminal trespass and disorderly conduct on May 18, found guilty on both charges, fined $75 on first charge, fined $100 on second.

Salvatore Falconeri Jr., 42, Wallingford, Conn., charged with operating watercraft under the influence and violation of any rule of the commissioner on July 3, found guilty on first charge, fined $400, second charge, dismissed.

Tanya S. Freeman, 21, Peru, charged with motor vehicle speeding, 30 plus miles over the speed limit on June 10, found guilty, fined $250.

Aaron D. Gallant, 29, Rumford, charged with cultivating marijuana on June 23, found guilty, fined $1,000.

Alexander Joseph Graves, 25, Bethel, charged with operating after suspension on June 29, found guilty, fined $300.

Glen Hance, 25, Mexico, charged with operating vehicle without a license on June 18, found guilty, fined $100.

Erik Hanson, 18, Dixfield, charged with operating without a license on June 10, found guilty, fined $75.

Richard H. Henderson, 22, Berlin, N.H., charged with operating unregistered ATV on July 3, adjudicated, fined $100.

Jonathan M. Holmes, 19, Morrill, charged with theft by unauthorized taking or transfer and minor possessing liquor on July 24, first charge filed with no cost, second charge adjudicated.

Patrick R. Houghton, 21, Dixfield, charged with operating ATV on snowmobile trail on May 23, waived, fined $100.

Mary Hubbard, 44, Dixfield, charged with violating protective order on June 30, found guilty, fined $100.

Roy Hutchins, 39, Dixfield, charged with two counts of keeping unlicensed dog and two counts of violating chapter 721, Title 7 on June 11, charges one and two, adjudicated, second and third charges, dismissed.

Nathan R. Kerowski, 23, Fallview, Mass., charged with failing to have fishing license or permit on Aug. 2, 2004, waived, fined $68.

Gail L. Mackenzie, 63, Rumford, charged with violating chapter 721, title 7, on July 13, adjudicated, fined $75.

Mervin W. McCormack, 38, Long Pond, Pa., charged with failing to have fishing license or permit on July 10, waived, fined $68.

Tanya R. McLean, 34, Andover, charged with motor vehicle speeding, 30 plus miles over the speed limit on June 11, waived, fined $300.

Daniel H. McPherson Jr., 35, Andover, charged with unlawfully permitting ATV operation on June 25, waived, fined $100.

Kendall E. Mooraley, 30, Brooklyn, N.Y., charged with failing to have fishing license or permit on July 10, waived, fined $68.

Kenneth L. Packard, 60, Dixfield, charged with operating under the influence on May 22, found guilty, fined $400, license suspended 90 days.

William F. Scott, 28, Rumford, charged with operating under the influence, and failure to register vehicle on June 5, found guilty on both charges, fined $400, sentenced to 72 hours in Oxford County Jail, stayed, license suspended 90 days and found guilty on second charge, fined $50.

Nicholas O. Smith, 22, Woodstock, charged with disorderly conduct on July 23, dismissed.

Dennis P. Theriault, 47, Rumford, charged with unlawfully permitting AFT operation on May 9, charge filed with no charge.

Clarence Thomas Tompkins, 33, Carthage, charged with criminal trespass and criminal mischief on June 18.

Rebecca A. Weber, 30, Mexico, charged with operating vehicle without a license on June 17, found guilty, fined $100.

Chad I. White, 26, Mexico, charged with sex offender failing to register or update information on June 8, found guilty, fined $250 all but $100 suspended.

Jenny White, 32, Rumford, charged with theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, and theft by unauthorized taking or transfer on June 5, found guilty on both charges, fined $100 and ordered to pay restitution of $20 on first charge, found guilty on second charge, fined $125.

Patrick Wilt, 18, Rumford, charged with possessing liquor on June 18, adjudicated, fined $200.
