PARIS – The University of Maine Cooperative Extension in Oxford County is offering an opportunity for the public to engage in a discussion about educational issues and local needs for communities.

Participants in “Shaping Our Future: A Planning Discussion for Cooperative Extension” will have the opportunity to provide input on educational programming priorities and direction for the next five years. The discussion will be held at 5:30 p.m. Tuesday Sept. 28, at the Extension Office, Olson Road, South Paris. Refreshments will be served.

Preregistration is required for planning purposes. Contact the Extension Office at 743-6329 or 1-800-287-1482 to register by Friday, Sept. 17. Those registering for the focus group will receive a packet of research information to review prior to the event.
