NORWAY – The Friends of Norway Memorial Library announce the winners of the membership drawing. Two prizes were offered as incentives to entice new and renewing membership support.

The two names drawn from the membership coupons received by Aug. 20 were Jeanne Edmunds, who received a Casco Bay cruise and a meal at the Flatbread Co. in Portland, and Maxine Sessions, who won a weekend stay at the Poland Spring Inn.

Each year, membership support provides the community with the following materials and services: adult and juvenile audio and videos, Summer Reading Program incentives, book discussion groups and author visits, passes to the Portland Museum of Art and the Maine Wildlife Park, books for newborns at Stephens Memorial Hospital, library newsletters, volunteer recognition events and used book sales.
