AUBURN – The Club Richelieu International local chapter will meet at 6 p.m. Wednesday, Oct. 13, at Rolandeau’s Restaurant, 775 Washington St. North.

Topic of discussion will be the International Congress that was held at Mont Tremblant, Quebec, Canada, Oct. 8 to 10. President Roger Mailhot and his wife were delegates to the congress.

The local club and president sponsored a Lewiston student to the International Club Youth Forum, a French language “immersion” weekend, which coincides with the congress, in the St. Jovite Region Congress.

Kayi Teko is the daughter of Andre and Jessee Teko of Lewiston and is a recent graduate of Lewiston High School. She is attending Plymouth State University, Plymouth, N.H.

A travelogue will be presented secretary-treasurer Vincent Leblanc on Montana and the U.S. northwest. He recently returned from a month’s vacation in the region.
