LEWISTON – The wedding of Amy Beth Ouellette and Paul David Corey was held at 11 a.m. on July 24 at New Hope Bible Church in Lewiston. Pastor Dave Bochtler officiated at the ceremony.

Mrs. Corey is the daughter of Paul and Connie Ouellette of Turner. Mr. Corey is the son of David and Jodi Corey of Southampton, Mass.

The bride, given in marriage by her father, wore a halter style gown with V-neckline, beads and sequins on the straps following down the mid-back with a shear beaded floral pattern and a four-foot train. She carried a bouquet of light pink and ivory roses with cascading ivy, miniature carnations and other pink and rose flowers.

Leah Ann Ouellette was maid of honor for her sister and bridesmaids were Lyndsay Blais, cousin of the bride, Kasey Goodwin, friend of the bride, and Shelah Corey, sister of the bridegroom. Isabelle Ouellette, cousin of the bride, was the flower girl.

Performing the duties of best man for his brother was John Corey and ushers were Cory Ouellette, brother of the bride, and Michael Jones and Erik Wheelock, friends of the bridegroom. Tod and Ethan Corey, brothers of the bridegroom, were ring bearers.

A reception followed at the Great Outdoors in Turner, after which the couple traveled to Ellsworth and Acadia Village Resorts. They are residing in Southampton, Mass.

The bride was a photography major at the University of Maine Lewiston-Auburn College. She is not a student at this time. She is a receptionist at Advantage Payroll.

The bridegroom attended Central Maine Community College and plans to attend the University of Massachusetts at Amherst in the spring. He is employed at Pineland Lumber.
