LEWISTON – Lucille Rioux, 91, of 100 Campus Ave., died Saturday, Oct. 16, at St. Mary’s Regional Medical Center.
Born in Trois Pistole P.Q. Canada, February 16, 1913, a daughter of Pierre and Helene Dick Leblond, she was educated in Lewiston schools.
She was married to Arthur Rioux who died in August of 1970. She worked at Bates Mfg. Co., Hill Division, prior to her retirement in 1961.
Mrs. Rioux was a member of Ss. Peter & Paul’s Parish and the Lewiston Senior Citizens.
She is survived by two sisters, Mrs. Herve Marie Anne LaBarre, of Baltic, Conn., Sr. Simonne Leblond, of Putnam, Conn., a devoted cousin, Laurette Beaulieu, of Lewiston; and several nieces and nephews.
She was predeceased by three sisters, Lillian, Antoinette and Alice; and two brothers Leo and Gerard Leblond.
