9043-3012 Quebec Inc., St. Zacharie, Canada, charged with a missing or broken brake component rule violation on Aug. 25, waived, fined $100.

Leonardo P. Amaral, 29, Rumford, charged with failure to display an ATV registration number, operating an ATV on a public way and operating an ATV without headgear on Aug. 27, all charges adjudicated, fined $125 on first and second charges; fined $50 on second charge.

Denise Benedix, 49, Rumford, charged with allowing a dog to be at large on Sept. 13, waived, fined $50.

Gregory T. Bennett, 40, Standish, charged with operating an unregistered ATV on Aug. 23, waived, fined $100.

Ryan Blaisdell, 23, Rumford, charged with operating under the influence on Aug. 21, found guilty, fined $500 and license suspended for 90 days.

Dertha R. Blount, 30, Peru, charged with operating under the influence, failing to stop for an officer, sale and use of drug paraphernalia, and possession of marijuana on Sept. 3, found guilty on first charge, fined $500, sentenced to 72 hours and license suspended for 90 days; second and fourth charges dismissed; third charge adjudicated, fined $100.

Charles Bowman II, 55, Andover, charged with failing to make an oral or written accident report on Aug. 30, found guilty, fined $100.

Jeffrey S. Brown Sr., 39, Dixfield, charged with cultivating marijuana and unlawful possession of a scheduled drug on Aug. 8 and sale and use of drug paraphernalia on Aug. 9, found guilty on first charge, fined $300; second charge dismissed; found guilty on third charge, fined $100.

David Cherkis, 36, Bethel, charged with operating after suspension on Jan. 28, dismissed.

Nathan D. Clukey, 29, Bryant Pond, charged with possession of marijuana on Aug. 30, adjudicated, fined $200.

Nicholas R. Couture, 20, East Middlebury, Vt., charged with driving to endanger on July 2, waived, fined $200.

Colton L. Cyr, 21, Rumford, charged with possession of marijuana on Aug. 10, adjudicated, fined $200.

Donn E. Dyer, 57, Rumford, charged with violating condition of release on Oct. 4, found guilty, sentenced to 24 hours.

Ryan Dyment, 19, Mexico, charged with theft by unauthorized taking or transfer and sale and use of drug paraphernalia on Aug. 27, found guilty on first charge, fined $100; second charge adjudicated, fined $100 with all but $50 suspended.

Shon Ellis, 32, Dixfield, charged with disorderly conduct on July 31, filed with no cost.

Ryan E. Gagnon, 21, Rumford, charged with criminal mischief on Aug. 21, found guilty, fined $200 and $150 restitution.

Amy Libby, 31, Dixfield, charged with keeping a dangerous dog, allowing a dog to be at large and keeping an unlicensed dog on Aug. 16, first charge dismissed; second and third charges adjudicated, fined $50 for each charge.

Christopher A. Lill, 32, Mexico, charged with operating after suspension on Oct. 20, dismissed.

Ian Macmaster, 22, Lebanon, N.H., charged with possession of marijuana, sale and use of drug paraphernalia and operating while license is suspended or revoked on Aug. 22, first and second charges dismissed; found guilty on third charge, fined $500.

Sandra Madden 45, Mexico, charged with theft by unauthorized taking or transfer on Aug. 10, found guilty, fined $100 and $344 restitution.

Mark Marston, 25, Mexico, charged with disorderly conduct on Aug. 8, found guilty, fined $100.

Gerald B. McKenna III, 27, Rumford, charged with assault on Aug. 6, found guilty, fined $250.

Darcy Merrill, 30, Dixfield, charged with negotiating a worthless instrument on May 18, filed with no cost.

Melisa L. Mitchell, 32, Rumford, charged with allowing a dog to be at large on Sept. 5, waived, fined $50.

Robert Pingree Jr., 23, Rumford Center, charged with violation of a protective order from harassment on Aug. 3, found guilty, fined $100.

Nathan A. Porter, 19, Farmington, charged with unlawful trafficking in scheduled drugs, transportation of drugs by a minor, and transportation of liquor by a minor on July 9, found guilty on first and second charges, fined $300 on first charge; fined $100 on second charge; third charge dismissed.

Anthony M. Rich, 26, Mexico, charged with failure to register a vehicle on Aug. 9, found guilty, fined $75.

Jason S. Rowland, 33, Rumford, charged with assault on Aug. 21 and Aug. 24, both charges sent to jury trial.

Christopher Sheldon, 19, Rumford, charged with theft by unauthorized taking or transfer on Aug. 15 and possession of liquor by a minor on Aug. 24, found guilty on first charge, fined $150; second charge dismissed.

Kimberly Theriault, 26, Mexico, charged with hindering apprehension or prosecution on Sept. 3, found guilty, sentenced to 40 hours community service.

George W. Tuttle Sr., 80, charged with unlawful use of a permit on Aug. 27, found guilty, fined $100 with all suspended.

Bradley M. Veilleux, 22, Rumford, charged with disorderly conduct on June 3, found guilty, fined $100.

Christopher Lee Walker, 25, Farmington Falls, charged with unlawful trafficking in scheduled drugs on July 29, found guilty, fined $300.

David Williams, 35, Rumford, charged with possession of marijuana on Sept. 8, adjudicated, fined $200.

Patrick Wilt, 18, Rumford, charged with sale and use of drug paraphernalia and transportation of liquor by a minor on Aug. 8, both charges adjudicated, fined $125 on first charge; fined $250 and license suspended for 30 days on second charge.
