There is an acute need for essential senior services in Maine. We have one of the highest percentages of elder citizens in our state’s population.

One of the local legislators who has led the way in improving and expanding the assistance programs for our elderly is Rep. Elaine Makas. From her own personal experiences, she knows the issues facing senior citizens and their families. Elaine has worked tirelessly to improve health care for seniors with lower drug prices, expand Meals On Wheels, provide legal assistance and aid access to resources of information for the use of our seniors.

Lewiston voters need to return Rep. Elaine Makas to Augusta.
