PERU – Mexico High School class of 1954 celebrated its 50-year reunion on July 31 at Roxbury Pond. More than 50 classmates and guests began their reunion at the camp of Don and Patsy (McInnis) Hopkins.

A social hour and pontoon rides on the pond were held then everyone gathered at the camp of Pat (Milledge) MacDonald for a catered dinner under a tent. Following the dinner a class meeting was held, which included a raffle to add money to the class fund.

The group was entertained by the music of classmate Barry Wood. A memory board made by Patty (Kenny) Fleury of the deceased members was on display. Before the reunion ended, coffee and desserts were served.
