GARDINER – The Maine Technology Institute will host an open house and two informal grant-writing workshops on Dec. 2 at its office in Gardiner.

Participants will learn how to write a successful grant proposal for a seed grant of up to $10,000 or a development award of up to $500,000.

Elizabeth Crabtree, manager of the seed grant program, will present her seed grant workshop from 10 to 11:30 a.m.

The MTI open house will take place from 11:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m.

Program manager Joe Migliaccio will present his development award workshop from 1:30 to 3 p.m.
