WEST PARIS – Nina M. Bisbee, 83, of South Paris, died Monday, Nov. 22, at Ledgeview Living Center.

She was born in Waterford on Jan. 14, 1921, the daughter of G. Raymond and Grace Dearborn Millett.

She attended Waterford schools and had been a homemaker all of her life.

She had been a mother of three. She took care of her grandchildren, nieces, and nephews during the day. She loved to sew, knit, work in her garden, and be outdoors.

She married Carl E. Bisbee on Dec. 14, 1940.

She is survived by a son, Paul R. Bisbee and his wife, Dianna, of South Paris; a daughter, Linda Bisbee, of South Paris; nine grandchildren, Todd Bisbee and Jessica Moore, of South Paris, Teri Fleck, of Bartlett, N.H., Tami and Brad Corson, of Sumner, Renee Bisbee and David Cady, of Waurengan, Conn., Buffy and Phil Regalado, of Portland, Texas, Deanna Bisbee and Eric Cole, of South Paris, Michele Bisbee, Amanda Martin, and Alan Fleck, all of South Paris; 13 great-grandchildren, Luke, Nathan, Shawn, Jake, Alex, Keith, Shane, Jessica, Katie, Courtney, Rebekah, Kayla and Michaela; three sisters, Maisie and her husband, James “Duffy” Murch, of East Waterford, Gladys Emery, of Mechanic Falls, and Eva Barker and her husband, Merl, of Waterford; a brother, Ralph Millett and his wife, Betty, of Waterford; many nieces and nephews; and a daughter-in-law, Debra Martin and her husband, Kevin.

She was predeceased by her husband on Jan. 13, 2000; a son, Keith; three sisters, Louise, Mildred, and Katherine; and two brothers, Elmer and Vern.
