AUBURN – Ron and Raylene Newbury of Freedom, N.H., formerly of Auburn, are pleased to announce the engagement of their daughter, Sara, to Jonathan Cross, son of Richard and Debbie Cross of New London, N.H.

They are both graduates of the University of New Hampshire in 2002 and are currently living in Rye Beach, N.H.

They plan to be married in Freedom on Aug. 6.
