SOUTH PARIS – The following cases were closed recently in 11th District Court.

Troy Masterman, 29, Waterford, charged with operating unregistered ATV on Aug. 29, found guilty, fined $100.

Danielle McAllister, 22, Oxford, charged with operating under the influence on Aug. 31, found guilty, fined $500, sentenced to 72 hours in Oxford County Jail, license suspended 90 days.

Frank McNeice Jr., 36, Oxford, charged with possession of fireworks on Sept. 7, adjudicated, fined $50.

Rebecca Merrifield, 43, Bethel, charged with criminal trespass on Aug. 11, dismissed.

Rebecca Merrill, 19, Windham, charged with displaying false license or ID on March 15, filed, fined $200.

Diego Mier-Casares, 21, Worcester, Mass., charged with unlawful furnishing scheduled drug on July 24, sent to jury trial.

Jeffrey Moon, 31, Gray, charged with failure to disperse on Aug. 18, found guilty, fined $150.

Nicholas Morin, 25, Monmouth, charged with sale and use of drug paraphernalia on Sept. 4, by default, fined $125.

David Neal, 18, Bridgton, charged with assault and refusing to submit to arrest or detention on Aug. 30, found guilty on both charges, fined $100 on first charge, $100 on second charge.

David Neal, 18, Bridgton, charged with possession of marijuana on Aug. 29, adjudicated, fined $200.

Jacoby Perry, 20, Oxford, charged with possession of marijuana and sale and use of drug paraphernalia on Aug. 7, first charge adjudicated, fined $200, second charge dismissed.

Merle Perry, 49, Milton Township, charged with assault on Sept. 16, found guilty, sentenced to 120 days in Androscoggin County Jail, all suspended, probation one year.

Jake Poulin, 18, Lewiston, charged with possession of marijuana on Aug. 8, by default, fined $250.

Marc Poulin, 48, Lewiston, charged with operating under the influence – two priors, unlawful possession of scheduled drug, failing to stop for an officer, operating vehicle without license on July 24, all charges sent to jury trial.

Richard Pye, 40, Woolwich, charged with possession of marijuana and sale and use of drug paraphernalia on July 16, first charge adjudicated, fined $200, second charge dismissed.

Matthew Rack, 21, Groveland, Mass., charged with unlawful use of license on July 24, sent to jury trial.

Eric Reynolds, 18, Norway, charged with disorderly conduct, possession of marijuana, and minor possessing liquor on July 3, found guilty on first charge fined $100, second charge adjudicated fined $200, third charge waived, $100.

Scott Riley, 37, Harrison, charged with operating under the influence on April 25, found guilty, fined $400, license suspended 90 days.

Daniel Robare, 24, Oxford, charged with operating while license suspended or revoked on Sept. 18, found guilty, fined $450.

Jason Sarro, 28, East Boston, Mass., charged with burning without a permit on June 7, 1997, found guilty, fined $100.

Jason Sarro, 29, East Boston, Mass., charged with violating condition of release on Dec. 14, 2003, dismissed.

Charles Sawyer III, 19, Oxford, charged with operating under the influence on Aug. 21, found guilty, fined $500, license suspended 90 days.

Robert Scammon, 46, Brunswick, charged with driving to endanger on May 23, filed, fined $200.

Ewan Schooling, 35, Bethel, charged with attaching false plates on Sept. 4, found guilty, fined $75.

Joseph Scott, 21, West Paris, charged with attaching false motor vehicle plates and permitting unlawful use of vehicle on June 2, both charges dismissed.

Andrew Shaskan, 31, Oxford, charged with operating while license suspended or revoked, prior on Aug. 26, dismissed.

Curtis Small, 18, Minot, charged with possession of marijuana on Sept. 10, waived, fined $200.

Bradley Smith, 24, Berlin, N.H., charged with operating after suspension on Jan. 10, filed, fined $400.

Darrell Smith, 41, Norway, charged with motor vehicle speeding, 30 plus miles over the speed limit on Sept. 8, found guilty, fined $250.

Joshua Spencer, 19, West Paris, charged with operating while license suspended or revoked on Aug. 7, found guilty, fined $250.

Margaret Sprague, 56, South Paris, charged with operating after suspension on June 3, dismissed.

Robert Sprague, 47, Norway, charged with disorderly conduct on Aug. 29, found guilty, fined $100.

Michael Stevens, 41, South Paris, charged with motor vehicle speeding, 30 plus miles over the speed limit and possession of marijuana on Aug. 29, first charge dismissed, second charge adjudicated, fined $200.

Shawn Stevens, 33, Hartford, charged with possessing marijuana and sale and use of drug paraphernalia on May 15, first charge adjudicated, fined $200, second charge dismissed.

Jessica Thurston, 21, Woodstock, charged with operating while license suspended or revoked on Aug. 21, filed with no cost.

Ray Tosier, 18, Buckfield, charged with operating ATV under 18 without headgear on Sept. 11, by default, fined $100.

Tina Tripp, 35, Auburn, charged with operating under the influence on July 17, found guilty, fined $400, license suspended 90 days.

Ari Tsimis, 19, South Paris, charged with assault and obstructing report of crime on June 10, both charges filed with no cost.

Travis Turner, 22, Newport, charged with attaching false plates on July 17, found guilty, fined $100.

Michael Vanworthe, 18, Norway, charged with minor possessing liquor on Aug. 17, adjudicated, fined $200.

John Violette, 37, Lewiston, charged with failure to register vehicle on June 3, found guilty, fined $150.

Dana Wallace, 33, New Gloucester, charged with possessing marijuana and sale and use of drug paraphernalia on May 29, first charge adjudicated, fined $200, second charge dismissed.

Daniel Wiggins, 27, South Paris, charged with possession of marijuana on Sept. 4, adjudicated, fined $200.

Eric Wright, 31, Lewiston, charged with operating after suspension on May 6, found guilty, fined $200.

Thomas Wyman Jr., 38, Portland, charged with leaving the scene of motor vehicle accident and failing to make oral or written accident report on July 18, both charges sent to jury trial.

Jason York, 23, Bethel, charged with two counts of unlawful possession of scheduled drugs on Aug. 8, both charges sent to jury trial.

Brian Young, 32, Harrison, charged with protective order from harassment violation on July 7, sent to jury trial.

Mark Zeegers, 48, West Paris, charged with operating under the influence on Sept. 2, 2003, found guilty, sentenced to six months in Oxford County Jail, all but 10 days suspended, stayed, probation revoked.
