LEWISTON – Ronald K. Sabourin, 35, of D’Youville Pavillion in Lewiston, died Sunday, Dec. 12.

He was born in Methuen, Mass. on May 6, 1969, the son of Ronald R. and Rita (Labrie) Sabourin.

He was educated locally and graduated from Edward Little High School with the class of 1988.

He was a member of Sacred Heart Parish. He was a 3rd Degree Knight with the Knights of Columbus Council 8742 of Auburn.

His interest included shopping at Marden’s, going out to dinner, and traveling, where he spent time in Washington, D.C., New York, London, and Lourdes in France.

He is survived by his parents of Auburn; sisters, Sandra Sabourin and husband, John Sidd, of Manlius, N.Y., and Ann Bates and husband, Thomas, of Atlanta, Ga.; aunts and uncles, Robert Labrie and Raymond Labrie of Dover, N.H., Rejeanne and Duane Cyr of Bristol, Conn., Pricilla Poulin of New Bedford, Mass., and Fernand (Hank) and Rita Sabourin of Lewiston; and nieces and nephews, Sarah and Jacob Sidd, and Kyle and Kiry Bates.

He was predeceased by his maternal grandparents, Hormidas and Loretta Labrie; paternal grandparents, Jerome and Laurina Sabourin; and paternal foster grandparents, George and Blanche Hartley.
