WEST PARIS – The West Paris Baptist Church ladies group met downstairs at the church recently for a Christmas party. Beth Allen and her daughter, Johanna, brought a collection of quilts, wall hangings and placemats to display and explain.

Allen also brought a box of gifts for members. For more information on quilting and crafts call her at 743-7297.

Mary Standard put on a program of Christmas songs and told “The Christmas Story.” The group decorated two Christmas trees for shut-ins and prepared plates of cookies for shut-ins.
