WEST PARIS – The wedding of Lisa Whitney and Jack Floster was held at 5 p.m. on Dec. 4 at the Veterans Park in West Paris. Pastor Don Mayberry of the South Paris Congregational Church, officiated at the ceremony.
Mrs. Floster is the daughter of Linda Whitney Irish of Gray and Florida. Mr. Floster is the son of Frank and Elizabeth Floster of Harrison.
Attendants for the couple were Prentiss Kurty, daughter of the bride, and Ian Floster, son of the bridegroom. John Ryan played the bagpipes for the ceremony.
The bride and her attendants arrived in a horse-drawn white carriage. Following the ceremony, the couple traveled in a limousine to the reception at the Jackson-Silver Post, American Legion Hall in Locke Mills.
Following a brief honeymoon, the couple is residing in West Paris, where Mr. Floster operates the West Paris General Store.
