Matthew M. Campbell, 30, Fort Benning, Ga., charged with operating under the influence and operating a vehicle without a license on Oct. 28, found guilty on first charge, fined $500; second charge dismissed.

Jason Chapman, 30, Rochester, N.H., charged with being a fugitive from justice on Nov. 16, dismissed.

Steven Chartier, 49, Poland, charged with operating under the influence on Sept. 18, sent to jury trial.

Robert E. Chavira, 27, Norway, charged with disorderly conduct on Aug. 27, found guilty, fined $100.

Michael J. Clark, 36, Waterford, charged with possession of marijuana on Oct. 9, adjudicated, fined $200.

Shadrack F. Clifford, 33, Oxford, charged with possession of marijuana on March 26, adjudicated, fined $250.

Matthew J. Clukey, 20, South Paris, charged with obstructing public ways on Aug. 20, found guilty, fined $175.

Dean M. Coolidge Sr., 25, South Paris, charged with refusing to submit to arrest or detention on Aug. 15, found guilty, fined $100.

James R. Courtney, 37, Mechanic Falls, charged with assault on March 26, found guilty, sentenced to 10 days, probation partially revoked and continued.

Joelleann Cuvais, 54, Mexico, charged with being a fugitive from justice on Oct. 2, dismissed.

Dennis W. Damon, 22, Auburn, charged with attaching false plates on Sept. 7, found guilty, fined $50.

Stephen Damon, 19, Lewiston, charged with posssession of marijuana, and sale and use of drug paraphernalia on Oct. 11, fined $250 by default on first charge; fined $125 by default on second charge.

Raymond D. Denbow, 32, Otisfield, charged with unlawful possession of a scheduled drug, violating condition of release, and sale and use of drug paraphernalia on Aug. 20, found guilty on first charge, fined $250; second and third charges dismissed.

Lenwood W. Dillingham, 60, Oxford, charged with stalking on April 30, sent to jury trial.

Michael Dow, 53, West Paris, charged with failure to register a vehicle on Oct. 16, waived, fined $100.

Ryan J. Downs, 19, Greenwood, charged with criminal speed on Oct. 8, found guilty, fined $300.

Brian Edwards, 39, South Paris, charged with assault and violating a protective order on June 13, found guilty on both charges, continued for sentencing on Dec. 27.

Lori Edwards, 36, South Paris, charged with operating under the influence and failing to stop for an officer on Sept. 4, found guilty on first charge, fined $500 and license suspended for 90 days; second charge dismissed.

Patrick Q. Elsman, 18, Hebron, charged with operating after suspension on June 10, filed, fined $100.

Linda C. Evans, 55, Greenwood, charged with failure to register a vehicle on Oct. 13, dismissed.

Frank Finland, 43, South Paris, charged with operating while license suspended or revoked on Sept. 30, found guilty, fined $250.

Robert D. Frigge, 45, Mechanic Falls, charged with operating an ATV while under the influence and operating an ATV on a public way on Sept. 5, found guilty on first charge, fined $500; second charge dismissed.

Keith Gammon, 38, East Sumner, charged with disorderly conduct on April 16 and violation of condition of release on Nov. 2, found guilty on both charges, fined $100 on first charge; sentenced to 24 hours on second charge.

Heather Gatcomb, 25, Livermore Falls, charged with assault June 19, sent to jury trial.

Jeffrey M. Giles, 20, Newport, charged with operating under the influence and possession of liquor by a minor on July 16, found guilty on first charge, fined $300; second charge adjudicated, fined $200.

Adam H. Hall, 33, Waterford, charged with operating under the influence and possession of a loaded firearm in a motor vehicle on July 31, both charges sent to jury trial.

Michael E. Harbovetz, 32, Norway, charged with sexual assault on July 23, transferred to Superior Court.

Gary Harmon, 21, Hebron, charged with assault on Sept. 8, sent to jury trial.

Jacob Hethcoat, 22, West Paris, charged with operating after suspension on May 22, found guilty, fined $200.

Tamera Hodgkin, 34, West Paris, charged with operating while license suspended or revoked on Sept. 30, dismissed.

Tammy Ann Huston, 30, South Paris, charged with assault on Aug. 30, dismissed.

Tammy S. Huston, 39, Locke Mills, charged with criminal mischief on July 9, found guilty, fined $100 and $100 restitution.

Bret J. Jackson, 20, Oxford, charged with operating under the influence on Oct. 10, sent to jury trial.

Toby D. Kane, 22, Norway, charged with terrorizing on Aug. 12, found guilty, fined $100.

Jeffrey L. Kennison, 39, Sumner, charged with operating under the influence and driving to endanger on May 2, first charge dismissed; found guilty on second charge, fined $600, sentenced to 90 days with all suspended, one year probation and license suspended for 90 days.

Edward Kilgore, 38, Lewiston, charged with failure to register a vehicle on Oct. 9, found guilty, fined $150.

Charity H. Kimball, 29, South Paris, charged with operating after suspension on June 10, dismissed.

Jason K. Kimball, 27, Norway, charged with assault on June 13, found guilty, sentenced to 30 days with all suspended and one year probation.

Caroline M. Knight, 38, Casco, charged with operating under the influence on Sept. 5, found guilty, fined $700, sentenced to seven days and license suspended for 18 months.

John W. Leonard, 36, Oxford, charged with possession of a loaded firearm in a motor vehicle and violating condition of release on Nov. 18, found guilty on both charges, fined $250 on first charge; fined $150 on second charge.

Matthew Lobb, 26, South Paris, charged with two counts of assault, violating condition of release and obstructing the report of a crime on Aug. 17, all charges dismissed.

David B. Long, 47, South Paris, charged with assault on May 11, filed with no cost.

Keith A. Lothrop, 40, Norway, charged with violating condition of release, two counts of assault and two counts of obstructing the report of a crime on Sept. 3, first and second charges dismissed; found guilty on third and fourth charges, sentenced to 90 days with all suspended and one year probation for each charge; fifth charge dismissed.

Norbert A. Thibault, 41, Sumner, charged with being a fugitive from justice on Nov. 4, dismissed.

Leslie L. Thurston, 38, Bethel, charged with obstructing the report of a crime and three counts of assault on Aug. 8, found guilty on all four charges, sentenced to 90 days with all suspended and one year probation for each charge.

Gary L. Tibbetts, 47, Oxford, charged with operating after suspension, failure to register a vehicle, and attaching false motor vehicle plates on April 3, first charge dismissed; found guilty on second and third charges, fined $150 on second charge; fined $100 on third charge.
