FARMINGTON – The following cases were recently closed in 12th District Court:

Ronald G. Cabe, 48, of Strong was charged with unlawful trafficking in scheduled drugs Sept. 21 in Strong. The case was dismissed.

Brian J. Caggiano, 22, of Veazie was charged with eluding an officer Nov. 10 in Chain of Ponds Township. The case was transferred to Superior Court.

David Calden, 43, of Jay was charged with failure to register vehicle Aug. 21 in Jay. The case was filed.

Caldwell Inc. of Turner was charged with rule violation for defective steer control component Aug. 9 in Wilton. The company was fined $100.

Jeffrey S. Campbell, 39, of Jay was charged with gross sexual assault Sept. 24 in Temple. The case was dismissed.

Chrystal D. Canney, 25, of Wilton was charged with driving without proof of financial responsibility June 11 in Farmington. The case was dismissed.

Chrystal D. Canney, 24, of Wilton was charged with driving without proof of financial responsibility June 6 in Farmington. She was fined $500 and was sentenced for 48 hours.

Robert James Cannie, 27, of Darby, Pa., was charged with the sale and use of drug paraphernalia Sept. 7 in Kingfield. He was fined $125. For a charge of possession of marijuana Sept. 7 in Kingfield, he was fined $250.

William C. Card, 41, of Harpswell was charged with failing to display lake and river protection sticker July 25 in Eustis. He was fined $100.

James M. Carleton, 19, of Strong was charged with driving a vehicle without license-condition/restricted Aug. 14 in Freeman Township. He was fined $300.

Joshua R. Carlton, 21, of Jay was charged with failing to stop an all terrain vehicle Sept. 15 in Jay. He was fined $150. For a charge of failing to drive an ATV at a prudent speed Sept. 15 in Jay, he was fined $150.

Robert M. Carson Jr., 39, of South China was charged with possession of a loaded firearm in a motor vehicle July 2 in Coburn Gore. The case was transferred to Superior Court.

Leonard J. Cattoggio, 57, of Chesterville was charged with assault May 15 in Chesterville. A 30-day sentence was suspended and he was placed on probation for one year.

Michael S. Champion, 30, of Wilton was charged with driving after license suspension April 9 in Wilton. He was fined $200. A charge of violating condition of release April 9 in Wilton was dismissed.

Michael S. Champion, 30, of Wilton was charged with violating condition of release June 7 in Jay. He was fined $300.

Amanda J. Chase, 38, of Carthage was charged with disorderly conduct July 8 in Carthage. She was fined $100.

Matthew J. Childs, 22, of Temple was charged with failing to make oral or written accident report July 31 in Strong. The case was dismissed.

Gary Chustz, 52, of Windham was charged with violating fishing rule Sept. 18 in Rangeley. He was fined $100. For a charge of driving without safety equipment Sept. 18 in Rangeley, he was fined $100.

Dixie L. Clark, 34, of Jay was charged with disorderly conduct Aug. 22 in Jay. The case was dismissed.

Natale L. Coccia, 45, of Phillips was charged with keeping a dangerous dog July 6 in Phillips. She was fined $400. A charge of keeping an unlicensed dog July 6 in Phillips was dismissed.

Andy A. Cochran, 26, of Phillips was charged with assault May 12 in Madrid. All but seven days of a 90-day sentence was suspended and he was placed on probation for one year.

David Coffren, 20, of Strong was charged with speeding 30 plus mph over speed limit June 29 in Freeman Township. He was fined $250.

Jeffrey Coffren, 46, of Kingfield was charged with driving an ATV on a public way Aug. 29 in Freeman Township. He was fined $100.

William M. Coghlan, 24, of E. Longmeadow, Mass., was charged with failing to have fishing license or permit July 31 in Rangeley. He was fined $68.

Christopher S. Colbert, 32, of Somerville, Mass., was charged with driving under the influence Aug. 22 in Farmington. He was fined $600, sentenced for 96 hours and his license was suspended for 90 days.

John N. Coleman, 21, of Wales was charged with driving under the influence Aug. 27 in Jay. He was fined $500 and his license was suspended for 90 days.

Randy C. Collins, 30, of Farmington was charged with assault July 26 in Farmington. All but 48 hours of a 90-day sentence was suspended and he was placed on probation for one year.

Vincent E. Collins, 42, of Bingham was charged with violating protective order March 17 in Farmington. All but 90 days of a nine-month sentence was suspended and he was placed on probation for one year.

Eric J. Conklin, 25, of Farmington was charged with criminal trespass Sept. 10 in Farmington. He was fined $200.

Martin D. Conley, 37, of Wilton was charged with allowing a dog to be at large June 2 in Wilton. He was fined $25.

Thomas R. Cook, 24, of Livermore Falls was charged with driving an ATV on a public way Oct. 8 in Wilton. He was fined $150.

Corey Cookson, 23, of Damariscotta was charged with driving under the influence July 1 in Stratton. He was fined $600, sentenced for 48 hours and his license was suspended for 90 days. A charge of driving while license was suspended or revoked July 1 in Stratton was dismissed.

Paul S. Copeland, 18, of Boothbay Harbor was charged with assault June 10 in Jay. He was fined $200.

Richard J. Corbett Jr., 45, of Rome was charged with unlicensed electrical installation Nov. 1 in Phillips. He was fined $200.

Travis L. Corson, 33, of Sidney was charged with failing to have fishing license or permit July 4 in Rangeley. He was fined $68.

Jacob M. Cotnoir, 24, of Gardiner was charged with driving after suspension March 26 in Kingfield. He was fined $800, sentenced for 14 days and his license was suspended for one year.

Kristen Cowan, 28, of Madison was charged with negotiating a worthless instrument May 16 in Farmington. She was fined $75. For a charge of negotiating a worthless instrument May 20 in Farmington, she was fined $75.

Ronald Cowper Jr., 30, of Stratton was charged with driving under the influence June 5 in Coplin Plantation. He was fined $400, sentenced for 48 hours and his license was suspended for 90 days.

Melissa A. Craig, 22, of Augusta was charged with failing to make oral or written accident report March 14 in Kingfield. She was fined $250.

Robert L. Crandall, 61, of Alexandria, Va., was charged with driving a watercraft without safety equipment Aug. 1 in Weld. He was fined $100.

Wendell Cressey, 42, of Rangeley was charged with theft by unauthorized taking or transfer Oct. 28 in Farmington. He was fined $200. For a second charge of theft by unauthorized taking or transfer Oct. 28 in Farmington, he was fined $200. For a charge of violating condition of release Oct. 28 in Farmington, he was fined $100. For a second charge of violating condition of release Oct. 28 in Farmington, he was fined $100.

Hank D. Crockett, 32, of Dryden was charged with driving under the influence July 31 in Farmington. He was fined $500 and his license was suspended for 90 days.

Tabatha Crosby, 24, of Hartford was charged with failing to make oral or written accident report June 12 in Weld. She was fined $150. For a charge of leaving the scene of a motor vehicle accident June 12 in Weld, she was fined $150.

Patrick J. Crosscup, 24, of Stratton was charged with attaching false plates July 26 in Carrabassett Valley. The case was filed.

Larry P. Cunnington, 19, of N. Stratford, N.H., was charged with being a minor transporting liquor Sept. 8 in Farmington. He was fined $200 and his license was suspended for 30 days.

Joseph J. Curtis, 20, of Livermore Falls was charged with driving a vehicle without a license May 31 in Jay. He was fined $100.

Karen L. Cutchin, 30, of Jay was charged with forgery July 9 in Jay. All but 24 hours of a 90-day sentence was suspended, and she was placed on probation for one year and ordered to make restitution of $4,000. For a second charge of forgery July 12 in Jay, all but 24 hours of a 90-day sentence was suspended and she was placed on probation for one year and ordered to make restitution of $4,000.

Dustin Shane Daigle, 24, of Dixfield was charged with driving a motor vehicle after revocation June 3 in Farmington. He was fined $600 and sentenced for 48 hours.

Todd Michael Dalrymple, 18, of Temple was charged with assault July 18 in Farmington. The case was dismissed. For a charge of driving to endanger July 18 in Farmington, he was fined $400.

Ray L. Danforth Jr., 32, of Rangeley was charged with unlawfully permitting ATV operation June 12 in Dallas Plantation. He was fined $100.

Andrea Decastro, 21, of Chesterville was charged with theft of services July 27 in Farmington. She was fined $200 and ordered to make restitution of $244.44.

Matthew C. Decastro, 19, of Chesterville was charged with driving after suspension May 23 in Farmington. He was fined $300. For a charge of refusing to give personal information to an officer May 23 in Farmington, he was fined $200.

Robert J. Decker, 28, of New Portland was charged with aggravated criminal mischief July 7 in Wilton. The case was transferred to Superior Court.

Scott Decker, 21, of Rumford was charged with driving a vehicle without a license June 4 in Farmington. He was fined $200.

Paul R. Dehetre, 35, of Wilton was charged with allowing a dog to be at large Oct. 7 in Wilton. He was fined $50.

George M. Delalio, 52, of Wilton was charged with criminal trespass March 31 in Farmington. The case was filed.

Benjamin R. Delaney, 26, of Chesterville was charged with driving after suspension May 18 in Wilton. He was fined $200.

Denise Delpome, 52, of Rangeley was charged with driving under the influence July 3 in Rangeley. The case was transferred to Superior Court.

William L. Denyon, 32, of West Farmington was charged with leaving the scene of a motor vehicle accident Aug. 15 in Farmington. He was fined $300.

Richard A. Depietro, 27, of Haver Hill, Mass., was charged with unlawful furnishing of scheduled drug Aug. 14 in Kingfield. The case was dismissed.

Danielle R. Dolloff, 23, of Wilton was charged with driving while license was suspended or revoked July 6 in Jay. She was fined $100.

Shane Donovan, 19, of East Dixfield was charged with being a minor transporting liquor June 17 in Jay. He was fined $200 and his license was suspended for 30 days.

Patrick R. Doyon, 23, of Turner was charged with driving while license was suspended or revoked Aug. 20 in Phillips. He was fined $200.

Joshua D. Duffy, 21, of Farmington was charged with being a minor possessing liquor Oct. 21 in Farmington. He was fined $200.

Michael P. Dumais, 43, of Monmouth was charged with driving an unregistered ATV Oct. 11 in Township D. He was fined $100.

Chad G. Duncan, 20, of Greene was charged with being a minor possessing liquor Oct. 7 in Farmington. He was fined $200.

Adam R. Dunham, 23, of Kingfield was charged with reckless operation of ATV June 25 in Kingfield. The case was transferred to Superior Court.

Adam R. Dunham, 23, of Kingfield was charged driving while license was suspended or revoked, driving an ATV to endanger, failing to stop for an officer and driving an ATV on a public way July 8 in Kingfield. All charges were transferred to Superior Court.

Suzanne M. Dunham, 24, of West Farmington was charged with unlawful sexual contact July 11 in Farmington. The case was dismissed.

Alicia M. Durrell, 21, of Farmington was charged with speeding 30 plus mph over speed limit July 18 in Farmington. She was fined $250.
