FARMINGTON – The following cases were recently closed in 12th District Court:

Michael R. Abbott, II, 28, of Phillips was charged with driving under the influence July 4 in Rangeley. He was fined $750, sentenced to Androscoggin County Jail for 12 days and his license was suspended for 18 months. Charges of driving a vehicle without license-condition/restrictions and with speeding 30 plus mph over speed limit July 4 in Rangeley were both dimissed.

Jamie L. Adams, 26, of Livermore Falls was charged with theft by unauthorized taking or transfer July 27 in Jay. He was sentenced to one year and 293 days and ordered to make restitution of $1,292.

Ross S. Adams, 38, of Farmington was charged with driving without proof of financial responsibility April 25 in Chesterville. A $200 fine was suspended. For a charge of failing to give correct name and address to officer April 25 in Chesterville, a $150 was suspended.

Sherman Adams, 66, of Farmington was charged with out of door burning violation June 25 in Farmington. The case was filed.

Danny Alejandro, 26, of Auburn was charged with driving after license suspension Oct. 17 in Rangeley. He was fined $250.

Chet C. Alexander 26, of Farmington was charged with assault April 23 in Industry. He was fined $250.

Joshua P. Allen, 20, of Wilton was charged with theft by unauthorized taking or transfer Aug. 4 in Farmington. He was fined $100.

Aaron M. Allumbaugh, 32, of Carrabassett Valley was charged with driving without proof of financial responsibility Aug. 8 in Kingfield. He was fined $250.

Almighty Waste of Auburn was charged with rule violation for inadequate suspension March 25 in Wilton. The company was fined $100.

Wallace Ames III, 28, of Livermore Falls was charged with criminal trespass June 1 in Jay. The case was dimissed.

Rebecca J. Anderson, 20, of Kennebunkport was charged with being a minor possessing liquor Aug. 8 in Farmington. She was fined $200.

Christopher M. Anthony, 26, of Farmington on a charge of driving under the influence June 27 in Farmington. He was fined $500, sentenced for 48 hours and his license was suspended for 90 days.

Victoriya Antipina, 19, of Stratton was charged with two counts of harassment by telephone Aug. 8 in Carrabassett Valley. Both cases were transferred to Superior Court.

Victoriya Antipina, 19, of Stratton was charged with being a minor possessing liquor July 8 in Kingfield. Antipina was fined $400.

Victoriya Antipina, 19, of Stratton was charged with being a minor consuming liquor Aug. 8 in Carrabassett Valley. The case was dismissed.

Erin D. Archard, 19, of Vienna was charged with theft by unauthorized taking or transfer July 29 in Farmington. The case was filed.

Archies Inc. of Mexico was charged with rule violation for defective steer control component Aug. 10 in Wilton. The company was fined $100.

Dana Armandi, 21, of Portland was charged with theft by unauthorized taking or transfer July 21 in Farmington. He was fined $100.

Darlene M. Armstrong, 20, of Chesterville was charged with theft by unauthorized taking or transfer Oct. 9 in Farmington. She was fined $100.

William E. Armstrong, 40, of New Vineyard was charged with obstructing the reporting of a crime April 6 in New Vineyard. The case was dismissed.

Alan Austin, 39, of Phillips was charged with theft by unauthorized taking or transfer Oct. 12 in Phillips. The case was transferred to Superior Court.

Richard R. Austin, 43, of Wilton was charged with driving under the influence May 30 in New Sharon. The case was transferred to Superior Court.

Seth G. Averill, 21, of Dixfield was charged with driving under the influence July 4 in Rangeley. He was fiend $400, sentenced for 48 hours and his license was suspended for 90 days.

Ba Mouhamed, 28, of Farmington was charged with gross sexual assault June 15 in Farmington. The case was dismissed.

Keith O. Bachelder, 40, of Phillips was charged with assault May 25 in Phillips. The case was dismissed. For a second charge of assault May 25 in Phillips, he was sentenced for 10 months.

Kelly A. Bachelder, 18, of Phillips was charged with unlawful possession of scheduled drug Aug. 22 in Avon. Bachelder was fined $300.

Lewis E. Bachelder II, 27, of Kingfield was charged with furnishing liquor to a minor Aug. 14 in Kingfield. He was fined $400.

Mary Lou Bachelder, 43, of Phillips was charged with unlawful trafficking in scheduled drugs Aug. 21 in Avon. She was fined $200.

Vernon P. Bachelder, 41, of Phillips was charged with cultivating marijuana May 12 in Phillips. A $300 fine was suspended by $200.

Roger Bailey Sr., 19, of Temple was charged with allowing a minor to possess liquor June 25 in Farmington. He was fined $200.

Edward E. Barbioni, 44, of East Dixfield was charged with driving while license suspended or revoked July 7 in Jay. He was fined $200.

Scott Barclay, 46, of Livermore was charged with driving under the influence and with failing to make oral or written accident report Oct. 3 in Jay. Both charges were transferred to Superior Court.

Scott M. Bard, 33, of Farmington was charged of driving under the influence and with driving a vehicle without license-conditions/restrictions Oct. 1 in Farmington. Both charges were transferred to Superior Court.

Elliott L. Barden Jr., 23, of Temple was charged with burglary and aggravated criminal mischief Aug. 20 in Temple. Both charges were transferred to Superior Court.

Thomas J. Barden, 19, of Temple was charged with burglary and aggravated criminal mischief Aug. 20 in Temple. Probable cause was found for both charges.

Ronald G. Barker, 48, of Stratton was charged with failing to extinguish fire Oct. 10 in Coplin Plt. He was fined $100.

William E. Barker, 20, of Phillips was charged with allowing a minor to possess or consume liquor July 20 in Phillips. He was fined $300.

Marshall J. Bartlett, 19, of Phillips was charged with driving without proof of financial responsibility April 18 in Rangeley. He was fined $300.

Herbert D. Bates, 47, of New Sharon was charged with keeping an unlicensed dog July 24 in New Sharon. He was fined $50.

Lori A. Belisle, 39, of Rangeley was charged with endangering the welfare of a child July 18 in Rangeley. She was sentenced for 30 days and her probation was revoked.

Lori A. Belisle, 39, of Rangeley was charged with driving under the influence Aug. 8 in Rangeley. The case was transferred to Superior Court.

Bobby Bernard, 18, of New Sharon was charged with disorderly conduct March 29 in Farmington. The case was filed.

Deborah R. Berry, 54, of Carthage was charged with driving under the influence July 25 in Carthage. The case was dismissed. For a charge of driving to endanger July 25 in Carthage, she was fined $300 and her license was suspended for 30 days.

Elizabeth K. Bickford, 21, of Winslow was charged with driving under the influence Aug. 2 in Farmington. She was fined $500 and her license was suspended for 90 days.

Vance Billings, 28, of Miniturn, Colo., was charged with assault on an officer Oct. 1 in Carthage. The case was transferred to Superior Court.

Andrew T. Black, 33, of Stoneham, Mass., was charged with driving under the influence Aug. 1 in Farmington. He was fined $500, sentenced for 48 hours and his license was suspended for 90 days.

Blaine Batchelder & Sons Trucking of Burlington was charged with failing to have vehicle inspected July 20 in Wilton. The case was dismissed.

Aaron Blanchard 24, of Strong was charged with criminal trespass Sept. 14 in Farmington. He was fined $200.

Kevin G. Bliss, 49, of Oquossoc was charged with theft of services July 1 in Rangeley. The case was transferred to Superior Court.

Gary A. Blodgett, 43, of Strong was charged with driving without proof of financial responsibility May 7 in Strong. The case was dismissed.

Ethan W. Bogar, 23, of Farmington was charged with driving under the influence March 11 in Farmington. He was fined $600, sentenced to seven days and his license was suspended for 18 months.

Alan S. Bolster, 23, of Canaan was charged with disorderly conduct Sept. 17 in Farmington. The case was filed.

Shannon D. Bonner, 31, of Memphis, Tenn., was charged with rule violation, operation 11 hour rule and with rule violation driving without medical certificate Aug. 19 in Jay. Both charges were dismissed.

Eben M. Bouchard, 19, of Temple was charged with driving under the influence May 2 in Farmington. The case was dismissed. For a charge of driving after suspension May 2 in Farmington, he was fined $200. For a charge of driving to endanger May 2 in Farmington, he was fined $400 and his license was suspended for 90 days.

Donald R. Bourgoin, 33, of Wales was charged with driving an ATV to endanger June 20 in Eustis. He was fined $100.

Robert M. Bowden, 28, of Wilton was charged with theft by receiving stolen property Aug. 15 in Wilton. He was sentenced for 270 days and his probation was revoked.

Timothy J. Bowen, 41, of Avon was charged with failing to make oral or written accident report May 15 in Phillips. The case was filed.

Pamela J. Boyker, 20, of Industry was charged with speeding 30 plus mph over speed limit April 22 in Farmington. The case was dismissed.

James F. Boyle Jr., 40, of Stratton was charged with burning without a permit July 17 in Eustis. He was fined $50.

Brittany Braddock, 27, of Kingfield was charged with allowing a dog to be at large May 18 in Kingfield. She was fined $50.

David M. Brewster, 48, of Bangor was charged with assault Aug. 4 in Dallas Plantation. He was sentenced for 35 days and his probation was partially revoked.

Steven P. Bridges, 21, of Waterboro was charged with driving under the influence Oct. 1 in Farmington. The case was transferred to Superior Court.

Galen C. Briggs, 49, of Longbeach, N.C., was charged with driving under the influence Dec. 3 in Farmington. He was fined $400 and his license was suspended for 90 days.

Dustin A. Brophy, 29, of Temple was charged with negotiating a worthless instrument June 14 in Farmington. The case was filed.

Joel L. Brown, 48, of Fryeburg was charged with attaching false plates July 25 in Weld. He was fined $100.

Ernest C. Bubar, 48, of New Sharon was charged with driving under the influence and three counts of violating condition of release Nov. 22 in New Sharon. All four charges were transferred to Superior Court.

Krista A. Bucci, 20, of Farmington was charged with driving after suspension April 14 in Farmington. She was fined $300.

Mark G. Buck, 26, of Jay was charged with assault March 27 in Jay. All but 10 days of a 180-day sentence was suspended and he was placed on probation for one year.

Wade Bullard, 47, of Winslow was charged with hunting birds with shotgun more than three shells Sept. 7 in Eustis. He was fined $100.

Craig Bullen, 27, of Chesterville was charged with assault April 5 in Chesterville. The case was dismissed.

James D. Burnell, 32, of Farmington was charged with harassement by telephone May 7 in Farmington. The case was transferred to Superior Court.

Randy Burnham, 31, of Farmington was charged with assault Dec. 12 in Strong. He was sentenced for 30 days and his probation was partially revoked.

Allen P. Butterfield, 68, of Jay was charged with driving under the influence July 22 in Farmington. The case was transferred to Superior Court.
