Tobacco Cessation Counseling Individual Session: An option for someone who is motivated to quit and who needs the resources to do it. Cost: $30 by individual appointment.
Multi-Session (three sessions): With the counselor, participant will set a quit date and will work through the quitting process. Cost: $45, by individual appointment.
Tobacco Cessation Group Class (four sessions): The class will assist individuals in the process of quitting the use of tobacco. Methods taught will help deal with the addiction of tobacco as well as the psychological challenges. In a supportive setting, participants will learn skills to help in the quitting process on Jan. 20 and 27, Feb. 3 and 10 from 6 to 7:30 p.m. Cost is $45. In the Lobby Conference Room, St. Mary’s Regional Medical Center.
