AUBURN – The Auburn-Lewiston YMCA will begin accepting registration for the 2005 Baseball Hitting Instruction Program on Monday, March 7 at the YMCA. The program will operate from March 21 to April 29 at Bates Mill #2 off Mill Street in Lewiston.

Players will be grouped by age to assure proper baseball distance and instruction. For 6 weeks, participants will attend 1 class per week consisting of 60 minutes of instruction. Each class is limited to 8 players. Team slots are available as well. Teams will be responsible for providing their own coach.

There will be several options for times during the week for each age group. The age divisions are 8-10, 10-12 and 13-15. Member fee is $40 per player, non-member fee is $50 per participant. Team fee is $225. A YMCA Youth Membership is $45 and good for 1 year.
