All of the following are to be arraigned on April 5 in Rumford District Court:

• Timothy B. Richards, 45, of Lovell, on a charge of operating under the influence, 5:24 p.m. March 5 on Route 2. He was released on $700 unsecured bail.

• William F. Scott, 29, of Rumford, on a charge of violation of conditions of release, and warrants for failure to appear and for unpaid fines on underlying charges of operating under the influence and operating after suspension, 2:15 a.m. March 5 on Hancock Street. He was taken to Oxford County jail in Paris.

• Jason Therrien, 24, of Rumford, on charges of burglary, criminal mischief and criminal threatening, 1:51 p.m. March 4 on Knox Street. He was released on $10,000 surety bail.

• Mark A. Touchette, 47, of Roxbury, on a charge of operating under the influence, 1:15 a.m. March 4 on Waldo Street. He was released on $500 unsecured bail. Touchette was also summonsed on a charge of possession of marijuana.
