TURNER – The Board of Selectmen will hold a public hearing at 7 p.m. Monday, March 21, to hear comment on the Turner Cable Television Ordinance and a franchise agreement. Selectmen will consider adoption of the ordinance at this meeting. The board will consider preliminary approval of the franchise agreement subject to any change during further negotiations.
