LEWISTON – Androscoggin Home Care and Hospice has announced four new members to the board of directors.

“Androscoggin Home Care and Hospice is governed by a volunteer board of directors with close ties to the communities we serve in Androscoggin, Oxford and Franklin counties,” said David McDaniel, president/CEO. “The expertise, diversity and commitment of board members has brought exceptional leadership to the agency. We are pleased to see this tradition continue with the most recent appointments to our board of directors.”

Recently appointed to the are the following: Laird Convey, chief operating officer for Central Maine Medical Center; Thomas Saviello, PhD, manager of environment, health and safety at International Paper; Steve Costello, vice president of the Sun Journal; and Jane Kirschling, RN, professor of nursing and dean at University of Southern Maine.

Other members include Paul Soucie, chairman, Wilton; Kim Wettlaufer, vice chairman, Lewiston, Chip Morrison, secretary, Auburn; Mark Adams, treasurer, Auburn, Roger Austin, MD, Wales; Gary Curtis, Rumford; Nicholette Erickson, MD, Auburn; Marguerite Graham, Bethel; Elaine Lasky, Poland; Chip Liversidge, Rangeley; Jolene Lovejoy, Rumford; Marguerite Stapleton, Turner; and Rhonda Wiles, Farmington.

Androscoggin Home Care and Hospice is a nonprofit, Medicare-certified agency that provides skilled home care, supportive care and hospice care for residents of Androscoggin, Franklin, Oxford and northern Cumberland counties. In addition to meeting state home care, hospice and mental health licensing standards and Medicare certification, the agency is accredited by the Joint Commission on Accreditation of Healthcare Organizations.
