• March 16, 3:30 p.m. – A Weld Street apartment resident reported being struck on March 15 in a hit-and-run incident while she was walking in a parking area. The driver of a light blue car of unknown make reportedly struck the woman’s arm, which was giving her problems a day later.

• March 15, 2 p.m. – A resident of Sara Pepper Apartments on North Street reported that someone had broken into his home over the weekend while he was away. An estimated $600 worth of DVDs was stolen, along with PlayStation games. A door was also damaged.
