Lisbon Community School, 33 Mill St., Lisbon, 353-4132; call Sybil Brewer to schedule an appointment.

Parents Information Night, 6 to 7 p.m. Wednesday, April 27, Lisbon Community School cafetorium; registration/screening on May 9, 10 and 11.

Durham Elementary School, 654 Hallowell Road, 353-9333; call the office to schedule an appointment.

Parent Information Night, 6 to 7 p.m. Thursday, May 5, Durham Elementary School; registration/screening on May 10 and 11.

Social Security number, official birth certificate, current immunization record and documentation of a recent (within one year) physical examination must be presented.

State and federal law mandates that all incoming kindergarten-age children should be screened for possible disabilities.
