It’s time to tithe.

The IRS is completely messed up.

My proposal: Everyone pays 10 percent.

So, 10 percent of $5,000 equals $500; 10 percent of $50,000 equals $5,000; 10 percent of $500,000 equals $50,000, and so on.

It is as simple as that.
