AUGUSTA – The Nordica Trio will perform Sunday, April 17, in the 3rd Sundays at Jewett concert series, sponsored by University of Maine at Augusta College of Arts and Humanities and UMA Senior College. The performance will be at 2 p.m. at Jewett Hall Auditorium. The trio brings together three musicians who have performed extensively throughout the United States and abroad: Cheryl Tschanz, piano; Karen Beacham, clarinet; and Graybert Beacham, violin or viola.
The program will include works by Haydn, Khachaturian, Arutiunian, and a recently completed work by Maine composer Gia Comolli for the Nordica Trio.
