READING, Mass. – Louis R. Beaulieu of Reading, Mass., formerly of Lewiston and Sabattus, died on Tuesday, April 26.
He was the son of the late Louis and Annie (Gilbert) Beaulieu.
He served in the U.S. Army during World War II in Italy, France and Germany. He was awarded the Bronze Star and four Purple Hearts.
He was owner of the National Fuel Co., Lewiston, and Quality Heating, Sabattus.
He is survived by two sisters, Dorel Ouellette, of Sabattus, and Jacqueline Grandmasion of Whiting, N.J.; and one brother, Laurier Beaulieu of Reading, Mass.
He was predeceased by siblings, Laurette Meservier, Bertrand and Doris Beaulieu.
