ORLANDO, Fla. – Fay A. Palmer, 71, of North Parish Road, Turner, died Saturday, Feb. 5, in Florida. She was the wife of Warren Palmer for 45 years.

Born in Turner, May 20, 1933, she was the daughter of the late Carroll and Elsie (Bubier) Jordan. She graduated from Leavitt Institute and lived in Turner most of her life.

She was a member of the Red Hat Society, Turner Fire Ladies Auxiliary and actively involved in the Family Jordan Foundation. She was also an Avon representative for more than 30 years.

She leaves two daughters, Sharon Seamon and husband, Al, of Turner, and Lori Philbrick and husband, Kevin, of Greenland, N.H.; one son, Steven Palmer and wife, Gwen, of New Gloucester; one brother, Roland Jordan and wife, Martha, of North Turner; and one sister, Vira McManus of Greene. She loved spending time with her grandchildren, Jeffrey Rodgers Jr., Brandy Palmer, Brooke Palmer and Melissa Philbrick, and great-grandson, as well as her distant family and friends.
