The following are to be arraigned on July 5 in Rumford District Court:

• Michelle Shaker, 18, of Rumford, on a warrant for a charge of tampering with a witness, at 9 p.m. on May 22. She was transported to Oxford County Jail in Paris.

• Leroy H. Varnum Jr., 37, of Rumford, on a charge of criminal threatening with a dangerous weapon (a baseball bat), at 7:43 a.m. on May 21 on High Street. He was released on $1,000 unsecured bail.

• William E. Bolling, 37, of Rumford, on charges of operating after suspension and illegal attachment of plates, at 7:16 p.m. on May 19. He was released on $600 unsecured bail.
